As Curated Risk is based in the Auckland region, we remain at Level 2. These restrictions have not effected our continued focus and ability to assist our clients.
Like everyone an overseas holiday would be nice, a long-haul flight seems more romantic than ever, however what we do day to day in helping our clients with curated risk advice and watching them make confident decisions about the landscape they face excites us more than ever.

Although NZ has moved to Level 2, Curated Risk is based in the Auckland region so there are some additional restrictions to consider. We remain as able and as focused as ever on our clients.

As the Auckland region is in Level 3 Curated Risk has moved back to operating at home. As you and your business continually adapt to the environment we find ourselves in, its important to understand how these new ways of doing effect the risks you face.

Under Alert Level 1 Curated Risk is now operating without any restrictions however there are some principles of the past 75 days since Level 4 restrictions we will continue.
While face to face meetings and handshakes are back, if you would prefer to meet via video conference, or talk on the phone then let’s continue.
Reassessing strategies can lead to changes to your business, it is important to consider how your insurance programme needs to change too, very rarely an off-the-shelf product pivots well, so if you would like to talk about your individual needs, then let’s talk.

As we move to Level 2, from 14 May, face to face meetings again are possible. While these meetings are possible they may not be necessary. We will continue to assist clients via video conferencing , if preferred.

Curated Risk is fully operational and has pivoted to working from home during Alert Level 4. All of our critical systems are web-based and our service levels are unaffected. Financial Services are an essential service, however we are able to operate effectively meeting via video conference and telephone. We are aware of insurers’ service plans and are in regular contact with underwriters and also the wider Insurance Advisernet network for support when needed.

Covid-19
Since the discovery of the latest strain of Coronavirus in Wuhan, China, in December 2019 there has been a rapid evolution in the range of responses globally. These government and agency responses vary greatly.
